13. The holder of a licence covered by section 18 of the Regulation respecting trapping and the fur trade (chapter C-61.1, r. 21) shall, for each raw pelt purchased or obtained from a hunter or a trapper for an animal hunted or trapped in Québec, pay dues equal to 5% of the average value for Québec, per species, indicated in the Bulletin Fourrure Québec published annually by the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et de la Faune.
The dues cover the period from 1 October of the current year to 30 September of the following year.
Any due, per species, of less than $0.05 is not payable.
The Ministère des Ressources naturelles et de la Faune shall inform licence holders annually of the amount of the dues per species covered by this section through the Gazette officielle du Québec or by any means it considers appropriate.
